When creating a Kapten account you will be required to confirm your phone number. We do this by sending a 4 digit number to you by text - simply enter this code into the app and your phone number has been verified.
If you haven’t received the text please double check that all details are correct, including that the right country code is selected. You can then request to have it resent. If this still doesn’t work please contact our team here.
Tip: A phone number (and email address for that matter) can only be associated with one Kapten account.
