There are usually two possible reasons if you’re not able to order a Kapten;
- Ensure that the selected payment method is valid - e.g. the card details are correct, there are sufficient funds and it is still valid.
- We may have no cars available due to high demand. This is very unlikely to happen but if it does, the app will tell you that there are no cars available. We recommend to wait a few minutes before trying again.
If none of the above seems to be the reason please make sure you have the latest version of the app (sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling it will do the trick if your phone is playing up). Alternatively, reach to our Customer Service team here and we’ll be happy to assist!
