Once you’ve entered the pick up and drop off destination, you will be able to choose/switch payment method before ordering. Just click on the ‘Switch’ button before clicking ‘Order Now’ and you can select from one of your existing payment methods, add a new one or pay by loyalty points if applicable.
Note: It is not possible to pay using cash. Kapten only accepts payment via credit or debit card through our mobile app. All rides must be requested via the app and payment is automatically taken in full when the booking is made, and therefore any payment done in cash is considered an arrangement outside of the Kapten platform.
