Certainly, yes! You can’t do this when requesting a ride, however, once your Kapten arrives simply inform them that you wish to either add stops or change your destination and they will be able to do this via their driver app.
Once you do this, it becomes a ‘Flexible ride’ and the fare changes into a per mile/minute basis and upon completion of the ride, we will debit the final fare from your account. You can view our prices here. This gives you full flexibility to add additional stops or change your destination - simply let your driver know.
Please note: If the ride is changed to a ‘Flexible ride’ we will automatically pre-authorise £30* to the card registered on your account to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the amended ride. It usually takes 3-5 working days from completion of the ride before the amount becomes available on your account, if the total fare was less than £30, but it can on occasion take longer, depending on your bank.
If you don’t have the sufficient funds available it will not be possible to switch to a ‘Flexible ride’ and your driver will continue to drop you off at your original destination.
Additionally, please be advised the the 'Flexible ride' option is not available when your ride was booked using Apple Pay as the payment method.
